I liked everything. I went through booking.com and I didn't know about the holding fee. I found out when I got to the desk to check in. It should probably be mentioned on the booking app. Not really a big deal. I live in my car so my stay was great but some people may only have the amount shown on booking and if they don't know about the deposite and there is no refunds it may be bad for someone like me. I just wanted a night with a bathroom and bed. Lot of people that live in their vehicles do the hotel thing when they can.

I liked the room & all the extras like: the fridge, microwave, iron & ironing board & the blow dryer too! The breakfast was great. The receptionist was the best Carrenna, she helped us out with a lot, she was so polite & answered all of our questions. Carrenna is a great asset for your company, she is GREAT with people.

Breakfast was just so-so, but the person who checked me in went above and beyond to answer my questions, and was very pleasant. Considering the price of other local hotels were more than double, I'm glad I was able to book there. It was a good experience.

the property was clean and peaceful, my kids enjoyed the jacuzzi and the chocolate milk for breakfast. the front desk guy, I think his name is roger was very nice and helpful.

We spent time at the awesome pool area with out of town family!! The pool and jacuzzi were amazingly relaxing. The rooms were very nice size and had excellent parking.
